Dean has inspected several of my properties prior to purchase, and I must say that he is very thorough, has good electronic equipment, and is someone who I can certainly recommend. As a real estate Broker I have used several inspectors before I have met Dean, but I am not going to look for anyone else now.
P.S. he is a nice guy on top of being a great professional

My experience was phenomenal. The inspector was punctual, skilled, and thorough. If you've been using other inspectors then fire them. Here is someone you can count on to tell you need to know.
